What's a 'Still A-Live'? I tried a few still-lifes while in college, they just never really appealed to me. I'm mesmerized by nature; the twisting and swaying while breezes intertwine colors and texture; the subtle play of light within translucent petals and leaves; shimmering reflections and calming sounds from rippling waves or cascading streams. Even while I paint flowers in a vase during the cold winter months, my imagination and my art stray once again to memories of relaxing outdoors with nature's living handiwork!
